Join us in the mindfulness retreat cove during any of the breaks for a 15-minute guided mindfulness session that will leave you feeling refreshed, revitalized, and restored.

The session will leave you with some mindfulness tips that will help you manage challenging situations at work and home, fall asleep easier, and be more focused at work and in your relationships!
